• Local-First Storage: Your transaction data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not sync your financial data to cloud servers.
• No Bank Connections: Mochi AI never connects to your bank accounts or financial institutions.
• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS.
• AI Processing: Receipt and transaction parsing is done through Google's Gemini API with enterprise-grade security.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini AI: For natural language processing and receipt OCR. Data sent to Gemini is processed according to Google's AI privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You have full control over your data:

• Access: All your data is stored locally and accessible to you at any time.
• Delete: Use the "Reset Data" button in the dashboard to permanently delete all stored transactions and insights.
• Export: You can export your data from localStorage at any time.
• Portability: Your data belongs to you and can be cleared by clearing your browser data.
