We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to delete your Mochi account.

Before You Delete

Please note that deleting your account is a permanent action. Once your account deletion request is confirmed, your data will be scheduled for deletion and cannot be recovered.

Data Deletion Timeline

After you confirm your account deletion request, all your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days. This includes:

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • All transaction history and records
  • Spending insights and analytics data
  • Any uploaded receipts or documents
  • App preferences and settings

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to delete your Mochi account:

Open the Mochi app

Launch the Mochi AI app on your mobile device.

Go to Profile

Tap on your profile icon or navigate to the Profile section.

Go to Settings

Access the Settings menu from your profile page.

Select Delete Account

Scroll down and tap on the "Delete Account" option.

Confirm your account deletion request

Review the information and confirm your decision to delete your account.
